NVC schedules the interview in coordination with the embassy.  What specifically do you want to do?  Is your case stuck at the NVC stage and you want to try to expedite it? Or is it something else?

I believe Pakistan is running about a year for DQ to interview.  NVC will probably schedule your interview for Jan/Feb 2022.  You can contact the embassy if you need to expedite.

May I know where you found out that the US Consulate is a year behind on DQ interviews? I was DQ'd in Oct 2020 so just wondering how much longer I have to wait for my interview? Thank you!

From the US Embassy Islamabad tracking topic.  Jump to page 165 and 166.  You will see discussions about the latest batch of petitions being scheduled, which is from June to Aug, 2020.
