I wanted to visit USA on b1b2 visa. At the port of entry CBP officer question my intent. I was applying for USA colleges parllely. CBP assumed I wanted to stay here and pursue my study and revoked my visit visa, and had me file application for withdrawal.

Now I wanted to apply for F1 visa. What are my options?

The only option is to apply for a F1 Student visa.

Can an attorney help in any way in my case.?

They might help by explaining what your options are. They won’t be able to influence or change any decisions made by a consular officer.
