No update after sending RFE in

Hello! My husband and I had our AOS interview on Feb 24, 2021 in Jacksonville. All went well, and they were reviewing our case. On March 23 we got an RFE for a new medical. I did my medical in Canada in Sept 2019 right before they updated the forms so they wanted a new medical on new forms. I got the new medical right away and sent it in the mail, USPS said it was signed for at USCIS on April 13. My online case status still says "A request for additional evidence was sent." I've read in some places the average response time to an RFE is 90 days, is that true with interview RFEs as well? I'm wondering what my next steps should be as it makes me nervous they never even acknowledged receiving my RFE response. I was thinking of submitting an online service request? Help what should I do (if anything).

I'd chat with an agent and have them verify receipt of the I-693.

Thank you! I have only tried calling thus far with zero success I can't get past the automated system. I haven't tried the online chat yet.

It can be difficult sometimes to chat with a live agent but little persistence will get you though. You may have to try a few times as the system has been flaky and I've gotten kicked out but try, try, again.
