Form I-751. I have no middle name

I am filling out the form I-751 with adobe reader and it looks like whenever you do not have a middle name it does not automatically populate the acknowledgement with my name, while my husband, who does have a middle name, it automatically populates his acknowledgement... I tried to write NONE in the middle name section but then in the acknowledgement it puts N as my middle name! Should I leave my middle name blank? what I should do?

Don't use None. They could use that as your middle name. N/A or blank. I would just leave the middle name blank, then no worries of them trying to use anything you put in that field as your middle name.

Leave it blank.  If you write anything else in there, like "NONE" or "N/A"  they will mistake that as your middle name.
