DQ question.

We got a message from NVC to check the CAE C website and we saw that the very last document (birth certificate)  has been accepted as well as every other documents we had submitted.  However, they wrote a message to replace the birth certificate with an acceptable one even though it says accepted. Has anyone experienced this? I was actually expecting to see a documentarily qualified message.

Just submit the birth certificate again but make sure is the one from national population. That's the acceptable one. Hope this will help. Good luck

Thanks for your reply @Eddy2019. The issue is that the replace document option is not even there anymore. There's no how we can replace it.

since you have received the DQ Message and no options to upload another one, just get the Attestation of birth ready for your interview
