I130-Additional Evidence

Hello Everyone

I am completing the I130 application so I can bring my mother to the US.

I already submitted evidence such as Birth certificate, however on the last page I see there is additional evidence request. If anyone went through this, do I still need to get that additional evidence or the birth certificate by itself is enough?

I do see in the text below they are saying "may be submitted" but I just want to be sure before I send my application as I don't want us to face delays in processing because of something I failed to submit.

Thank you

Malak

That section is not applicable if you are able to submit the required primary evidence -- ie. your birth certificate listing your mother's name.
