I-765 EAD What is the correct answer for question 25?

Hello, 

I may be under the wrong forum, I apologize.

 

I am inquiring about the I-765 Employment Authorization. My husband came on an A2 visa and I am a green card holder. 
 

Question 25 is asking Your current immigration status or category, I had already filed the I-765 and put A2 as his current status (the same answer as 24) and on number 27, I put category (c)(9) because he is now married to me. I am confused because was I supposed to put C9 on question 25 as well?

If your husband is still on A2 status then what you put is correct.

Spouse:

2015-06-16: I-130 Sent

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

No as long as he is abiding by A2 terms.

FYI, c9 category on i765 is not because he is married to you but because his i485 is filed.
