hi kyle,

Your immigration timeline looks very similar to mine I filed a little earlier and K just got her interview date.  Did Maria file a DS-160 yet?  K filled hers and they emailed her the new interview date to the email address she used on her DS 160.  They gave us about 3-4 weeks notice of our expeditated interview.

Hi INGAM,

My lawyer had the DS-160 ages ago. I should note that we didn't have a schedule interview prior to the embassy closing. Did you? Was yours expedited?

UPDATE GUYS:

So after months of emails (literally everyday) "SOBRA MAKULIT", filling out the visa inquiry form and unsuccesful phone call attempts, I finally got someone on the phone on 7/8 from the visa call center and he escalated to post. Just wondering when we can expect to recieve the interview at this point. @Commish10  (happy for you guys) was so shocked when he answered, to the point I got nervous as it was totally unexpected....lol

We have received your email and will respond accordingly within 1 to 2 business days. (The guy told me IT WON'T BE 1 to 2 DAYS...lol) Kinda figured that one :)

The details are as follows:

Date/Time Case Opened:   7/9/2021 9:40 AM
Description:   COMMUNICATIONS UNIT
(K1 - APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING REQUEST)
Origin:   Portal
Case Reason:
Case Status:   Escalated To Post

Hello all,

Here is our situation:

Kyle & Maria's Immigration timeline:

FILED-10/4/2019

NOA1-10/21/2019

NOA2-2/4/2020
*Still no interview

This is particularily frustrating as we are seeing other couples getting their interviews even though they filed months after us? How is this even fair>

Anyone else in the same boat?

I’m dealing with the exact same thing
