Received my passport back this week, with visa, after initial 221(g) on 14.03.22 because NZ consulate hadn’t shared my police checks with the London consulate.

 

all done now and planning our move to California!

I have been DQ'ed on May 20th 2022, waiting for interview to be scheduled in London embassy. I was wondering if anyone else in F2A category in similar situation. What is the estimated date to get IL?

Hi, did you apply for i-601 waiver? how long was the process time for the waiver?

How long are F2A interviews taking in London?

Hi! From our experience, there is no wait time and interviews get scheduled within a few weeks after DQ. 

Letters get sent out at the end of each month so your wait time will depend on when you get your DQ. Good luck!

My husband interviewed on 01/06. Everything went very smooth, the whole "interview" took about 1 minute. He got his passport back in 3 working days. Good luck!
