Joint Bank Account?

Hi,

 

I tried to add my wife to my bank account for the second time in 2 years of marriage... The bank finally accepted, but not sure if it's "too late" from an evidence perspective? We haven't gotten our CR-1 interview yet, but want to show strong evidence...

From your timeline it seems your case is already DQ.  If it wasn't, you could have tried "side-loading" the additional evidence into CEAC at NVC stage.  The consul officer should inspect evidence in the case file received by the consulate from NVC, but they have no obligation to check any new evidence brought to the interview.  The CO may ask for it though, so it's still recommended to bring new evidence of bona fide marriage to the interview.

Except for the required documents, Consular Officers are not required to consider or inspect ANY "side loaded" evidence submitted to NVC.  Often they will, but often they won't.
