I had a friend who is willing to sponsor me what we are going to do first? I'm here in Israel work as a caregiver..and My friend has a nursing home and she want me to work to her.

Most probably not going to happen.  Ask your friend to consult with an employment-based immigration lawyer to ask if she qualifies to sponsor for a work visa.
