I was supposed to have my interview on May 25th on San Jose, CA field office for N-400.

However, I made a schedule change request on April 28th.

I got a letter from immigration stating that I failed to appear for an interview!

Please help..
I need your advise.

Thank you.

I would recommend 2 things - 1) call USCIS and talk to tier 2 ,  2) get InfoPass appointment using below URL and take a proof of schedule change request.

Thank you for your response

I called them but the rep is refusing to connect me to Tier 2.

Also, I can't make an INFOPASS appt, there is no space for me to fill in, after I click your link.

But hey

I appreciate your help.
I mean it :)

Thank you!

Online InfoPass appointments are pretty much extinct. A few offices still do them.

Since the tier 1 is refusing to connect you to a tier 2, you can try the DHS ombudsman.  After that Senator Padilla or Feinstein or your Congressman.   Then you get a lawyer.
