Should I Unseal Court Records or Get Certified Docs that the Record is Sealed?

I am in the process of putting together an I-129F for my fiancee. I am the Petitioning U.S. Citizen.

Four years ago I was arrested and charged for criminal trespassing and harassment (I pushed a guy) in New York, but was never convicted or sentenced. The case was ultimately dismissed after completing a year of an order of protection, and then the records were sealed. Do I need to unseal my record in order to gain access to court documents for submittal with the I-129F? Or is there a better way to go about this? I would rather not unseal anything, but I know the government can see everything regardless of being sealed. Thanks!

If you haven't already, i would read through the I-129F instructions where it talks about the criminal record.  How I am translating it is you need to explain but not provide the document.  The way I read it, they do not require you to unseal your documents as they do have access to see them.  Again, I would read over the instructions myself just to verify.
