Hi guys,

I will be moving away for school to North Carolina. I am beneficiary married to USCitizen currently we both live in Michigan. My husband will continue to live in our house in Michigan (that we own jointly) while I’m in school. We have not signed a lease yet, but plan to sign it sometime later next month. We will co-sign the lease as my husband plans on visiting me once a month.

Our interview is June 18 and we don’t know if we need to mention this during the interview?  I don’t want them to do a credit check on us later on and realize that we didn’t mention the North Carolina lease that we plan on signing likely after the interview.

Am I overthinking this?

You guys are living in the same house now so no reason to bring it up at all at this point in time. What school are you going to if you don't mind me asking?
