Application rejected

Hi everyone!  

 

I got my application back because I sent it about 20 days earlier (ROC  I-751),  I noticed some stamped numbers on all my papers and i'm wondering if we need to fill out a new form, send new evidence, documents, etc or just send back to them the package we got? 

 

Can i also include new evidences and documents?

No new form needs to be filled out. You can send back the documentation with new evidence/documents if you wished. This happened to us as well. It was annoying but painless.

Did you send a money order or check? Mine is a money order from last month and I want to know if it’s okay to re send as is.

I sent a money order and just resent the same one

I received a NOA that starts with EAC for the first package (stating that was rejected for sending too early),

I was wondering if will I receive a new NOA?

I already re-sent it back and I still haven't received any updates on my case 😅

Yes! Once accepted, you will receive new NOA 

USCIS received my package on 04/20, didnt receive a text until 05/07

I believe they are moving faster but it still takes time for them to receive

I- 751 REYECTED   THEY RETURN THE PACKEGE  ON 04/21/2021 BUT WE NEVER RECIBED,  MY RESIDENCE IS OK UNTIL 06/14/2021 

I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME  Rejected Because It Was Improperly Filed I SENT A new application  05/15/2021 but im worried 

my resident card expire and I can work or drive to my job  please some one have any recommendation  what I need to do if my resident card expire thanks,/

@Nelson Polo  do you now know why it was improperly filed? What difference did you make in your new application? Hopefully you get your extension letter before 6.14!

Thanks tiantian we send a new package 05/01/2021  and was accepted and they charge the fee we are waiting for   them letter respond any way we are happy this time .

Great to hear that your second app was accepted! Did you figure out why the first one was improperly filed? Did you make any difference in the second filing?

I just received my NOA starting with "WAC" 15 days after resubmitted my package. Do you know how is the processing time for this office?

I'm glad to hear that your second application was accepted! Can you tell me how long after you sent the first package that you received the rejected package? My wife and I are currently waited for our rejected package to be returned to us. Thank you!
