Hi everyone,

I want to know that I have filled case for spouse CR1 category processing at Nebraska have IOE receipt and my receipt date is 02/Oct/2020 and showing case uscis showing case received on 15-Oct-2020 while Nebraska currently processing receipt date for inquiry is 13-Oct-2020. I just want to know approval

 

While NEBRASKA current I-130 processing time for US citizen spouse is 2 to 7 months

You are still within the time frame of processing times and keep in mind every case is different so wait till may ends if you get no communication then you can submit inquiry ticket regarding your case.

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Technically you don't have to wait until the end of the month, since the USCIS Processing Times page says:

 

Quote

If your receipt date is before the “Receipt date for a case inquiry", you can submit an “outside normal processing time” service request online.

 

The current receipt date for a case inquiry at Nebraska is October 19, 2020. Your receipt date is before that date, so you can submit a request now if you want.

 

This is assuming the case is, in fact, at Nebraska, since cases are often transferred to other service centers without notice and it's not always clear which timeline applies when that happens. But sending an inquiry will probably clarify that, too.

 

Edit: I also see that you responded to an RFE in February, which VisaJourney estimates will add about a month to the processing time (and maybe more during COVID). Technically that doesn't prevent you from still submitting an inquiry now, but it might be worth waiting a little longer because of that - your call.
