Can we go to our medical exam appointment without my husband vaccinations records. His unable to get his vaccinations records because he was born in a different country and when he move to Italy in his early teen he didn’t need any vaccinations. Any help would be appreciated.

If your husband has time he can go see his regular doctor and ask to get a Titers test done. This will show his antibodies and then you can figure out if he needs anything. He then can get any shots he needs with his regular doctor if it's cheaper. His doctor would then give him a shots record. 

 

If he doesn't need anything after the titers test he can take that results letter from the doctor to the medical.

You can go without records.  The clinic will determine what is needed.
