:help: Hi we are looking at filing a k1 form well my b/f is for me to move to us with the intent of getting married.The 1 thing that is concerning us both is the Affadavit of support as I will be bring my 4 children with em and he has 3 of his own as well, making us a household of 2 adults and 7 kids,,lol

Anyone have any ideas of what level of income there looking for seen on a few sisstes they talk about poverty level how high is this and how far above he going to need o be

Also I will need to work once im out there ,how soon can i actually work

It takes about 90 days to get employment authorization and once you have this you can start working.

for a family of 9 he should be able to show that he makes $47562.50 for support (125% of $38050 for family of 9). If not he needs to get a co-sponsor or show assets worth 3 times the difference between what he makes and the amount above

125% of poverty level for a family of 9 is $47,562.00 unless he lives in Alaska. Then it is $59,462.
