My wife, yesterday received her N-400 Interview Appointment. On the notice there is a "Who Should Come With You" section and one of the bullet points mentions
"Your Attorney or Authorized Representative may come with you to the interview, or be available via phone".  Because I filed the N-400 application on behalf of my wife, the correspondence has me as the C/O, does that make me the authorized representative? If so, can I go with my wife to her interview?

Please let me know, it would be a big help.

Thanks

You are not her authorized representative.

https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-b-chapter-3 defines an authorized representative

It appears to be possible you can become her authorized representative but there are some legal steps you need to follow:

The representative must submit to USCIS a properly completed notice of entry of appearance.[8]
