HI GUYS I WANT TO ASKED A QUESTION HERE MY HUSBAND WHO IS PETITIONING FOR ME IS ABOUT TO SEND OFF THE I130 WANTS TO KNOW FOR A BANK STATEMENT THAT SHOWS WE HAVE AN ACCOUNT TOGTHER WHO SHOULD THAT BANK STATEMENT BE ADDRESS TO LIKE HOW WE DONT KNOW WHICH OF THE SERVICE CENTERS WILL RECEIVED THE PETITION

You attach a copy of your bank statement to your i-130 application.   Or upload a copy if you are filing online.   No letter involved.  Or, typically, a single cover letter to USCIS listing all the evidence being attached to the I-130, like marriage cert, proof of citizenship, relationship evidence, etc.
