Who have had their medical exam for US Visa taken recently at SLEC Extension Clinic Manila? Do they require you to sign a Health Declaration Form before entering the building or did they just ask for the requirements?

My son is scheduled for his medical on March 11, he traveled from Singapore and completed 7 day quarantine in a hotel, he got negative swab test results, the BOQ certificate asks him to complete 14 day quarantine at home. If he stays home to complete quarantine he won’t make it to the his medical appointment and embassy interview on the 15th.

If he goes to his medical and interview as scheduled, will he be permitted inside if he shows his negative swab test results even of he has not completed the 14 days quarantine? Or they wouldn’t know because it won’t be asked at all?

Been trying to call SLEC extension clinic numbers to confirm so we know of we need to reschedule but their phone lines aren’t working.
