Just want to make sure, does filing K1 visa application mean the date when you send the K1 application in the mail? So the date with which you sign the I-129F form? Or is it the date that USCIS officially receives your application? Thank you.

Removal of Conditions (I-751)
2/17/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/20/24: I-751 packet delivered

2/22/24: Receipt Number available on USCIS Portal

2/27/24: Extension Letter Available Online, Biometric Re-use letter, "Case is being actively reviewed"

Since you can sign and use any date you want, it is the date the USCIS receives it.

But how long after I send it does USCIS officially receive it? If it takes lets say more than a month for them to officially receive it, it may invalidate one of our meetings in early 2019.

It doesn't matter when they process it or how long it takes them to do it,  they know the exact date it was received (delivered).

Ah got it, so for example if I send it today and it's arrives/receives tomorrow at the Lockbox, then the two year time period is from tomorrow's date 2 years back.

Correct except tomorrow is a Sunday and they aren't open.  :)

Uh, that doesn't matter.  At all.  You don't get extra credit for extra meetings.  As long as one meeting occurred in the two years immediately preceding filing, you meet the eligibility to file.
