My medical examination report is expired

Hello!

 

I expect to have my green card interview soon and I noticed my medical examination report is expired. I’m pretty sure I submitted the report when I filed I-485 but the uscis agent over the phone wasn’t able to tell me if I did. They also couldn’t give me the local field office phone number to ask. 

What should I do?

Do nothing. Wait to be contacted for any missing documents. Or you can make an appointment (infopass appt) for a in person meeting with your local USCIS office for your area. Google to find the office with "infopass" as the subject. 

 

This is a GC issue and not a K-1 visa process issues. You should be in the AOS section to ask questions at the stage you're in. Use the blue ribbon at the top of the page and select "forums" scroll down to AOS. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

K1 Medicals done abroad don't expire as long as you FILE for AOS within 1 year of the date of the medical.
