I submit a request for CR1 visa for my wife since 2017, and we have been fill and follow all emails and recommendations, but some weeks ago she got an email and she didn’t notice, email said that she need to fill or complete the form DS260 once again. How long we have to fill again the form because we check our status last week and it was expire, but today we check it and it was refused (still in process). We should fill once again the form? And how long we have to do it? What happen if we don’t?

So you got an email from the Department of State asking you to fill it in again, and you think your best option is to ask here if you should do it or not?

Will you argue with them if you get different advice here?

What I mean it’s, my wife got that email long time ago and she didn’t notice, and last week she saw it and we check her status and it was expire it, so we tough that the case it was already lost it, and we are going to apply again. But today when I check the status, now it was in process, so my question it’s should I leave it like that (don’t fill once again), should I fill it or apply for other case (cuz last week was expire but now is in process and we didn’t do nothing)
