Hello All,

I have a couple of questions and need some guidance on how to best organize the documents. I read on the USCIS Website where it says " If you have any attachments, make sure each attached page has your name and A-Number (if any). You may also number the pages and include the total amount of pages being attached (for example, “page 1 of 11”)."

1) Can I use binders from Staples to organize the different sets of documents, W2/Tax/BankStatement/Etc/Etc ?

2) Should we write the name and A number on all the supporting documents ?

Thanks,

DV

Binders clips are fine.

We wrote the name and A number on all documents as an abundance of caution.  Anyone who has every dropped a file of papers knows how papers can go missing!

Good luck!

Don’t use binders. Use binder clips or paper clips or rubber bands. Writing the name and A number isn’t required but certainly a good idea so a missing paper can be matched up.
