I agree with @Paul & Mary. When you leave a child behind it has an impact on your wife. Trust me, there are so many that have tried it your way only to regret it. Like Paul said, get additional work and try and do your best to bring the child. I had two that came, one in college and the other in middle school. The MS child fit right in at school. He has so many friends and yes, he is acting just like a western teenager. Wanting to be independent but failing at times. Good luck and stay engaged. 

My fiance does not live with her child currently he lives in the Philippines and she lives in Taiwan also I will not file i-130 if he does not want to come my fiance told me he wants to stay behind until he finishes school

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]
