I arrived on via K1 end of March and all SSA office were closed thus I couldn't apply before my I-94 expired. When submitting I-765 I chose the box for them to send me an SSN automatically. I expedited my EAD and received my combo card today. It says that the SSN card should arrive within 6 business days of the EAD. For those who have gone through it during Covid, are they arriving within that window? I have heard at times there can be delays and looking just looking to get an idea so I can let my employer know.

That's what I meant. In the past couple months I saw people here in the forum saying they received the same day as EAD, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks. And people that never received and had to apply at their local SSO.
