Hello All

 i would appreciate your help. i am about to send my I-751.

 

1- My wife and I have two common kids and one of them is a newborn. i dont have birth certificate yet,  is the hospital birth record ok to include for now?

2- i have evidence of rental agreement showing we reside together, joint credit cards statements, joint car insurance, and health insurance plan...cant find 2019 tax papers we filed jointly, can i send 2018 ones or won't be necessary considering we have two common kids?

3- do we have to request interview waiver or is it just up to USCIS?

 

would appreciate your help guys.. thanks

If you don’t have a birth certificate I would include something from the hospital. You Can request your tax transcript from the IRS website. Personally I think this is a big deal to include. There is no interview waiver you would request. It’s up to USCIS to determine if they will waive an interview for you. Pull IRS transcripts online for each year you been married USCIS like the transcripts anyway. Also consider providing all the W2 for each year as well as they have your address on them. Provide copies of each of your driver's licenses or state issue IDs  with common home address.

 

Provide an affidavit stating that you and your spouse have a newborn child indicating the name, birth date, and birth location indicate that you are awaiting a birth certificate to be issued along with any medical evidence you have handy.

AOS Approved July 2018

 

Filed for i751 joint application May 2020

Fingerprints reused October 2020, and February 2021 and June 2021 (Yes 3 fingerprint notices)

Case move to National Benefits Center December 2020 for quicker processing from California Service Center

Oct 2021 out of processing time inquiry made, response May 5th 2022 that our i751 case will be addressed at our n400 interview

Combo interview May 16th 2022, in Sacramento

Approved June 08, 2022

 

Filed for Naturalization May 2021

Fingerprints reused May 2021
