221g Timeline

Hello does anyone knows the timeline for 221g after the submission of documents? My daughter just finished the interview, unfortunately they are asking for the US marriage certificate. Now I need to reschedule all my itinerary. I hope this will not take months.

User TVC resolved his 221g in about 3 weeks.

There is no real timeline.  It takes as long as it takes.

 

All of the printed and online info about US visas clearly states not to buy airline tickets until you have the passport with visa back.

@Jorgedig you think I didn't know that? Well fyi, us citizen cant get Philippine visa without booking a flight. Just so you know.

Mine took three weeks after submitting documents.

@Cxxxxxxxxxxx I'll pray for it. Thank you so much. Goodluck to us. For CFO sticker I heard you can get it through email in 2 business days. You can use that temporary sticker also you dont need the actual sticker per CFO. atleast that's what they told me when I called last month. Goodluck to us.

@Cxxxxxxxxxxx I got issued today. Thank God. 3days after they received my documents. I have an emergency with my father in law and I sent them an email about it.

@Cxxxxxxxxxxx yeah I tried to track in 2go using passport number it says invalid. I'll keep you posted

You got interviewed at Abu Dhabi embassy? Have they resumed scheduling IR/CR visas? Im still waiting for my interview to be scheduled. Any news from the Abu Dhabi embassy?
