On August 24, 2020, we sent a request for additional evidence for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number #############. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence by September 8, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
 

1)my Lawyer sent them email to An uscis agent and they respond that they will send the request to the office that in charge. But not letter yet

2)I used e-request to send them an inquiry and the response but till now no letter yet.

 

- it been a 2weeks  already . Please what to do???

I didn’t receive my RFE sent since 8/24 and supposed to be in my mailbox by 9/8. My question is :

what else can I do after I did an e-request?
