Hi i am going for my interview K1 tomorrow morning and wasnt to do a final check so i have not missed anything.

I have 2 photos

passport

birth certificate and copy

police report and copy

i-134 and all documents related to that.

printed emails and phone records and photos. airline emails also.

have i missed anything???

My fiancee is my sponsor so do i need to take my income records???

Hi, Brian! Take EVERYTHING your fiance gave you, including the income records. Better safe than sorry; you don't want to reschedule the rest of your interview for another day. Good luck! Be sure to share the good news. : )

Don't forget your medical exam paperwork/brown evelop. I didn't see it on your list, but I'm sure you have it.

God i was worried there. it did say my medical esults would be sent to the embassy from the doctors. So i am taking all her records and she is my sponsor so i dont need to take all mine? maybe i should take some bank statements just to be safe?

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

GOOD LUCK TODAY although I know you wont need it. I feel like I'll never be at the stage you are at. Our I-129f was only mailed last week. My wait is just starting. Hoping to be over the atlantic by my birthday 27th Jan but don't want to get too hopefull.

07/09/2007 - NOA1 (hard copy 07/11/2007)

11/13/2007 - NOA2...127days after filing (hard copy 11/17/07)

12/22/2007 - packet 3 rec. (12/28/2007 returned)

01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

03/12/2008 - Flying Glasgow - Dublin - Chicago - Omaha

05/31/2008 - WEDDING

AOS

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

08/11/2008 - NOA1's for AOS and EAD recieved (reciept date 08/07/2008)

08/16/2008 - Biometrics letter recieved

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

10/27/2008 - EAD IN HAND

01/12/2009 - AOS touched

01/26/2009 - Email from CRIS. GREENCARD PRODUCTION ORDERED..YIPPPPEEE

10/25/2010 - ROC mailed

11/15/2010 - NOA1 and check cashed

03/15/2008 - NOA's for : I-485, I-131 & I-765

03/16/2008 - Case online.

03/22/2008 - Biometrics assigned date: 04/01/2008, Bio completed early .

03/24/2008 - AOS Touched.

03/27/2008 - RFE Letter : Dated.

03/31/2008 - RFE snail mail rec'd date ( EZ-864 / Missing birth certificate).

04/01/2008 - Mailed RFE response.

04/03/2008 - RFE document delivered to Lees Summit, MO @ 4:03 P.M:

04/07/2008 - AOS Touched, Current status: Response to rfe received, and case processing has resumed.

04/08/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/27/2008 - AOS Touched, received USCIS email indicated case transfered to CSC.

05/29/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/31/2008 - USCIS snail mail stating I-485 has been transferred to CSC to speedup processing.

06/03/2008 - Received email from CSC confirming reception of transferred I-485.

06/03,04,06 - Touched!

08/28/2008 - Green card rec'd in mail.

06/11/2008 - I-131 Approval email received.

06/13/2008 - Received I-765 card ordered email notification.
