How long can K1 be on Administrative processing before it expires

We’ve been on administrative processing since November 2019. And I was wondering is there a expiration length of time before we have start over.

I think the longest I have ever seen a K1 wait in AP is over 3 years.   It won't expire if you are active in it - meaning you have answered all the questions and they are just in AP like for security check etc. 

 

The medical and PCC and I-134 had to be updated.
