No foreign nationals are banned from entering the US based on nationality.  There are visa holders that are banned from entering/transiting certain counties.

Yes - if they have a CR1/CR2/IR1/IR2/IR5/IH4 and certain other family based visas they can still enter.

Thank you so much for your answer!

see that even people from covid-banned countries with valid visa still manage to enter the US.

The ban is on having been present in a Covid banned country for two weeks before entry. Some people are exempted (example spouses of citizens,) So some of those people who do not have exemptions, usually on B visa or VWP, have gone to other countries (non schengen European countries, Mexico as examples) for >2 weeks before entering the US.

Noted. Thank you for the information. I’m a lot more reassured now that I can still board the plane at the end of the month :) thank you so much!

Hi Misscloud. May I know what visa do your friends have? I contacted US Embassy in Seoul and they couldn't provide me with an answer :( I'm starting to get really worried as my flight is on Friday.

I'm also curious if I need a negative covid test/medical certificate to enter the US.

Not needed to enter the US.

But check if the specific state you are visiting has any Covid rules regarding out-of-state or international visitors.
