Need some help guys. I'm a SEPT 2020 filer. we have the MSC Case #. So my spouse got the extension in OCT 2020 and they scheduled for the biometrics in DEC 2020. and after that for many months we didn't get any updates. Nothing from Jan to June. And I just got busy with life and lost track. we just checked again this week.... and it says as of Aug 11 they are set to schedule an interview. My spouse and I know for sure we didn't get any mail related to that. So I guess the interview date has not been scheduled.  Good thing we checked the status now.

I read many ppl saying for MSC cases an in person interview is a standard now. What can we expect at this interview? and could it be many months from now? or sooner? My wife's 18 month extension for now expires in MAY 2022. (And by this Nov- nxt month basically -- my wife spouse will have been in the US for 3 yrs as she landed here in NOV 2018)

It depends on the field office, some have longer waits than others.

I've been waiting 48 days for them to schedule an interview now, but I know people have been waiting over a year. The expiry doesn't matter too much, only if you're leaving the country or sometimes for employment verification. Only the card expires, not the status itself. You can file for citizenship 90 days before the 3 year rule under marriage, so your wife should be able to apply for citizenship already if that's the path you want to take.

Any September 2020 filers here receive their 24 month extension letter yet?  I still only have the 18 month extension letter. I'm at the YSC service center.

I am septiembre 2020 but I didn't received nothing yet, I did submit my N-400 in August 28 2021, and received notification to me scheduled interview N400 in November 2, 2021. So I have me interview N-400  December 7, 2021. I think is combo interview (together I-751 and N-400) that day.  I am living in Miami.

Just got an email update that our case has been scheduled for an interview... now we wait for the letter with the date. We sent our AR-11 and I-865 Change of Address forms on November 6th and haven't received a response for either. So, here's hoping that it comes to our new address. We are friends with our old landlords so if it goes to our old house I'm not worried, but still ugh! This interview notice couldn't have come at a worse time for us... but can't do anything about it... pretty bummed tbh. Trying to stay positive!
