Good afternoon friends,

My wife and I started a consular process for a CR1 husband petition, it was approved in June 2020 and the case was sent to the NVC, but in my country the embassies are closed due to covid-19 and we do not know when They are going to start working, that's why we opted to change to adjustment of status, we filled out all the necessary forms and all the documentation required for the process, we also sent a letter to the USCIS explaining why we changed the process but they also tell me that I have to notify the NVC But how could I notify them? Could someone help me with this, do I have to send you a letter? call them? oh with a mail?

Thank you very much.👍
