Hi

I cant find how to change my interview date ( London).

I registered my appointment in the system as instructed, but I cannot find any options to reschedule.

Help please

It may be different now but when I had my interview in London (December 2016), it was not possible to change online. You had to request a change by email and you could only request a later date than the one allocated by the NVC, not earlier.

I think you are more likely to get results by email as suggested by @JFH .

This slide show from London has how to do that, but I don’t know if it works or has changed.

Ok this is super helpful. See I cannot see that summary page. Mmm maybe I try with a different browser.

Did you complete the entire process of registering the appt first and making courier arrangements? Then logged back in at another time?

Yes, registered the appointment, gave the DS260 number, paid for the courier, logged out and logged in several times. Ive tried Chrome and Edge, no difference.

On the home page I see Groups

Current Status Attend Appointment

Consular Apointment: Date and place

Document delivery: my address

And then my name, passport, case number and Status.

There is a green button called Continue that opens a menu to print instructions, email instructions, request expedite, add aplicant, update delivery location and view payment receipt.

I also got an email confirming my appointment.

Embassy website. See last thing on the page. https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/family-immigration/how-to-apply-2/

Important: If your interview date was assigned by NVC and you cannot attend, you are still required to register your interview through the Visa Appointment Service website. You must then contact us through our contact form in order to cancel the appointment. You will only be able to select a new date after the scheduled interview date has passed.

Sounds like thats the issue, I just got this from the Embassy after contacting them this morning (Sounds weird that they would just let that slot go to waste though...)

If you wish to reschedule your interview appointment date, you should wait until after the original appointment date has passed and then sign in to your account at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv to book a new interview date.

Please note, you should not expect your Visa Appointment Service account to be updated to allow you to schedule a new interview untilafter the scheduled appointment date has passed. Until then, the account will still display details of the original appointment. You need not be concerned. You are not required to attend that appointment.
