Covid wasn't quite a "thing" back in January.  The world has changed quite a bit since then.

How in the world is a liquor ban going to help stop the spread of COVID?   I know the Liquor ban like the day of elections in the Philippines, but liquor ban due to COVID don't make sense to me.

 

They think beer or liquor carries COVID in the Philippines?
