Can I divorce my wife and then marry her sister[widow] with 3 kids in the Philippines and bring them here.

Plus can my soon to be ex wife [uSC][petition for mom and pop] marry her widowed uncle with 2 kids and bring them all here also??

One big happy family then!!!! :blink::innocent:

Sounds like immigration fraud to me.

Why so?

We are ONE big LOVING family and just all want to be together! Whats fraudulent about that????:whistle:

Surely, you can petition, but then it will be upto the USCIS and Embassy/Consulate.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
