Hi, guys my story is little different:In 2010 i brought my wife to usa on Finance visa, she got two years green card we married in the USA. She went back to her home country & her green card expired in 2012. I was busy & i never applied even though i visited every year for 6 months, sometimes 11 months. Now I want to apply again.

        I sent I-130 on June 25, 2019.

I fill up all the documents and paid the fee online.

On July 10th 2020  national Visa center sent me a message saying that All documents completed & approved. I wrote above that we married in USA, I have the original marriage certificate, should I send her before she appears for interview?. What is next? How long will NVC take to send the case to Islamabad, Pakistan?.

Do the visa center gonna need anything from me because I want to go to outside of US for at least 3-4 months to London/ Scotland /turkey /Dubai & Pakistan.

.

Thank you for your time, i really appreciated your feedback. Thank you once again. :)

Yes, she will need the original marriage certificate at the time of the interview which is likely going to take a while to get scheduled.

Traveling abroad is not an issue, just make sure that the basis of your sponsorship (income) remains the same and above poverty levels. If any info changes from the I-864, your wife will need to present an updated affidavit of support at the interview stage.

It’s impossible to predict, but likely a long wait. As far as I know, Islamabad Embassy has not resumed visa interviews post covid yet, so there will be a big backlog.
