So I was wondering when you get to the NVC it says that the petition is only good for one year so my question is because everything is closed right now my wife is at the part where she's just waiting for interview so what happens if she doesn't get interview with in that one year time?

"It says".  Who says?  Where?  In what context?  I-130 approvals do not expire.  You simply must remain in contact with NVC once a year if you want to delay your process.  This is a non-issue.  Forgetaboutit.

Oh well I feel stupid now I just reread it and it says if you don't log in or contact Nvc within a year they will terminate your Visa thanks for your reply though sorry for wasting your time

There is no visa to terminate.  Visas are not terminated.  NVC will terminate THEIR work on your visa and send the approved I-130 back to USCIS for storage, where it can be retrieved and sent back to NVC.

It really is important to read carefully, and interpret literally.
