N400 receipt number case not found?

I filed n400 form on 6/1/2020 and I got a receipt notice on my account and in the mail. Today when I checked my case status online on USCIS it gave me a "user defined error". I called the customer service line to ask if anything was wrong and they could not find a case with that receipt number and asked me to call back tomorrow to talk to tier 2 officer. Anyone else experience this?

 

AOS: 
09/23/2016 - I-130 & I-485 Concurrent Filing 
09/27/2016 - I-485 NOA date 
10/2016 - Biometrics 11/03/2016 - RFE for I-864 
11/7/2016 - Sent response 
12/14/2016 - Case ready for interview
03/28/2017 - Interview scheduled for May 3rd 2017 
05/01/2017 - Interview canceled: (waiting on other paperwork to be transferred) 
07/14/2017 - New interview scheduled for 8/28/2017 
8/28/2017 - Interview attended  Approved on spot 
09/14/2017 - Received PR card for 2YR

 

 

 

ROC Process:
*Earliest filing date 5/30/2019
5/29/2019 - Sent ROC packet via Fedex overnight to Lewisville, TX
5/30/2019 - Packet delivered and signed
6/4/2019 - Text notification for case received with EAC#
6/6/2019 - NOA1 received

4/10/2020 - New Card is being produced
4/13/2020 - Case was Approved
4/15/2020 - Approval notice received

Where did you check for your case status? There's the egov site (old) then there's the myaccount.uscis.gov site (new).

I checked the old site which apparently there is some technical issues going on with it today. The new one still shows my cases. Just got concerned when the old site was not showing my cases anymore.

Many people on Facebook reported the same issue regarding getting an error message on USCIS website. Definitely a technical issue.

You can check the new site here: https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ where you can create an account (if you did not have one already) and add your Receipt Number to it.

Also, you are seeking info in the wrong forum as you are filing spouse visa and this is for persons who have filed for Citizenship.
