How To Send AoS Concurrent Filing

I have the I-130, I-130a, I-485, I-864, I-944, I-765, I-131, and g-1445.

can I send them all in one giant envelope/package? I currently have each form in a different folder with its supporting documents (6 folders total). Can I mail the physical folders like that in one envelope or just combine everything into one envelope without folders ? I am using many paper clips within a folder to separate certain supporting evidence from one another and from the form itself. Thoughts?

Avoid the folders, keep the clips, you can add sticky tabs to each piece of evidence or form. Everything in just one envelope.

Pretty much what @Allaboutwaiting said.

We created a table of contents on the cover letter, with clear structure e.g.

1. FORM XYZ

   a.

   b.

   c.i

    c.ii

Then behind the cover letter separated each document with all associated contents in one paper clip, and on the bottom added sticky notes to separate sub-contents, on which we wrote what’s there

1.a. [content]
1.b. [content]

etc.

I kept telling myself that I hopefully made one persons day by providing a well structured package 😁

What did you include to support your I-944. I just received a rejection letter from USCIS as I didn’t include I-944.
