My grandmother who is a American citizen had put in for us 2010 her married son and his  children.  I am now 23 and my other sister is 24 years old. My smaller sister is now 12 and my brother is 7 years old. My concern is weather or not my sister and I will get to travel along with our parents. Today I got the news from my grandmother, she told us she called into the united stated embassy in the USA and was told that our papers was supposed to be processed since last year 2017 and now the papers is outside the box. However, she was given the case number to email the United States embassy. how long more my parents have to wait for a us visa us all.

I think your dates may be a bit off because last year was 2019 not 2017. There is also no embassy in the United States... your grandmother should have gotten a case number when she filed the petition- have you tried looking it up online? Has your grandmother moved during this process and not updates her address?. Additionally your  grandmother would have to be able to financially sponsor at least 7 people so don’t forget that comes into play as well if the visa will actually be issued.

Not sure what you mean by the papers were supposed to be processed last year, visas are currently being issued for F3 category (your category) only for petitions  filed in 2008 and earlier. If yours was filed in 2010 there is still some time to wait.

To figure out whether you & your other over 21 sibling can immigrate need to know (1) birth dates (2) priority date of petition (on first notice your grandmother received after filing (3) approval date, on i797 approval notice she got probably a few years after filing.
