I am so sorry if this has been answered already and I just haven’t been able to find the answer.

I’m on permanent disability and my daughter also gets a survivors benefit check because of my disability, that makes me the representative payee for her because she’s under 18. Before anyone mentions it, yes we have a joint sponsor lol.

In section 6 on the I-864, for the income, Im assuming I check the other box, but my question is, do I include the amount my daughter gets in the total of my income? I would assume not since I get 2 1099s but because she is under the age of 18, she can’t fill out I-864A so how do I include that income?
Thanks for any help you guys!

You DO include the income you receive in behalf of your child.  Include it as YOUR income.  No I-864a.  This is treated the same as court ordered child support is treated, as the parent's income.  This is documented with the SS benefit declaration letter or letters, not with a 1099.  1099 shows the benefits paid last year.  Declaration letter shows the current income.
