Servor Error on IV application

Hi Everyone,

I have about had it. First, my husband and I got an email today to check our NVC messages. We logged onto the site and found that his police certificate, my I-864, and my tax transcripts were rejected. My documents were rejected because they were difficult to read (I guess), and we aren't really sure why his police certificate got rejected. (He is from the UK and used ACRO for the police certificate, which was what we were told to use by NVC. The only thing we are thinking is that he did upload an extra page in addition to the actual certificate which was essentially the confirmation page that the police certificate would be ok for visa services. Anyone have any ideas? Other than that- the message that we apparently got from NVC was "police certificate required for Great Britain," which was what it was.  However, we did not know what the message said because no matter how many times we refreshed, or how long we left the page open, we were never able to see the message from the NVC. So, I called, and the woman was really nice, and she said that this has been pretty common over the last few weeks. So once I got off the phone I just went to re-scan the documents and I've been getting this message ever since:

Server Error in '/IV' Application.

Security Exception

Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy.  To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

Exception Details: System.Security.SecurityException: The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched.  Inaccessible logs: Security.

Source Error:

The source code that generated this unhandled exception can only be shown when compiled in debug mode. To enable this, please follow one of the below steps, then request the URL:

1. Add a "Debug=true" directive at the top of the file that generated the error. Example:

  <%@ Page Language="C#" Debug="true" %>

or:

2) Add the following section to the configuration file of your application:

<configuration>
   <system.web>
       <compilation debug="true"/>
   </system.web>
</configuration>

Note that this second technique will cause all files within a given application to be compiled in debug mode. The first technique will cause only that particular file to be compiled in debug mode.

Important: Running applications in debug mode does incur a memory/performance overhead. You should make sure that an application has debugging disabled before deploying into production scenario.

Does anyone have any ideas? I've tried over and over again on multiple different browsers but nothing seems to do the trick.....

Thanks!
