CEAC stage, all files submitted, what now?

I have just completed uploading all the documents I needed to. 

 

Both the affidavit of support and applicant information lines say "submitted"

 

My question is what happens now, is it now in the queue to be looked at, how do I know that it is in the queue to be reviewed? Other than "submitted" there isnt a lot of feedback to know that I have done all I can do and I am waiting for them to do their part.

Once submitted they’re in line to be reviewed, it takes on average 8 weeks, once done you’ll get an email saying that they are either accepted, rejected or RFI.. 

 

if rejected or RFI you need to rectify and resubmit and wait again for them to be accepted.

 

once all accepted (if CR/IR etc) NVC will make arrangements for your interview and forward everything to the embassy and the beneficiary will receive notification of the date time etc.. if (k1) you’ll need to make arrangements for your interview with the embassy..

so there is no acknowledgment that i have done all i need to do? the "submitted" is it? and now we just wait.

Exactly, you have to wait for NVC to review your submitted docs. You will receive an email once your documents are reviewed but nothing before.
