NVC resubmitting documents - do you have to wait in queue all over again

it difficult to predict NVC, seen few who got approved the following day after resubmitted a rejected document,  others took weeks or months .

@Ras Ous thank you so much for your reply, where by chance did you see those people reporting quick approval after resubmission? was it on VJ (or like Facebook groups) and was it fairly recent?
