Hello, I am filing for my fiance who is Mexican. I recently studied abroad for a semester in Spain and I lived in three different apartments over about a four month span. For question 9, where is says list all of your physical addresses for the last five years, should I list all three of these addresses?

Also, for question 50, should I include Spain as one of the places I resided in?

Thanks!

Re: Q#9::  Yes, list each address. Doing so up front relinquish the possibility of then asking for more information/RFE

Re# 50:: Yes, definitely include Spain since you listed it above.

Also, for question 8, what does "In care of name" mean?

Re: #8:: "In care of" Basically means someone else receiving your mail; for example, if you're not able to get it delivered to your mailing address and you will choose to have it delivered at a family member's house instead:..i.e.

Don't be like me and put your name as your "in care of". My NOA1 had C/O my name then follow by my name again! 🤦‍♀️

Hope this helps and good luck on your journey!

The short answer is you must include everything asked for. You cannot decide what to divulge or not as it may be uncovered in their background checks and you either receive a RFE or denied. Most likely an RFE
