F2b oct2010 priority dates updates?

Timeline

Any f2b filers here with oct 2010 priority dates. As per visa bulletin update my petition is now current but no dont recieved welcome letter yet from NVC. Any of you have the same situation?

Timeline

According to the visa bulletin for May 2020, the priority date is earlier than January 15, 2015. If your priority date is October 2010, it means you should have received your welcome letter a long long time ago.

Hello are u referring to a f2b category a child of a permanent resident over 21 unmarried?Philippines consulate. 

Why did nvc not send me welcome letter yet n until now?

Disregard my previous comment. I think you are from Philippines and your priority date is different than mine. Hopefully you will receive your welcome letter soon.

There's no Visa Bulletin yet for May 2020. It says "UPCOMING VISA BULLETIN MAY 2020.

Oh yes my mistake because everyday I checked on Visa Bulletin and there's no new yet, and check it today in my surprise there is new Visa Bulletin for May. Am so happy to found out that May visa Bulletin is already posted.The EO of Trump worries me. I have 2 petition for my sons also.

As far as I know, NVC sends Welcome letters based on the Dates for Filing chart. For May the priority date will be February 1, 2011. I don't know if they are sending WL during this emergency, but if so, you should receive a WL soon.

You have not received a WL yet because for April, the priority date was reached for a date earlier than October 1, 2010.

Is the NVC send out a welcome letter via email or post mail? Our PD also showed up for VB may 2020.
