USCIS doesn't list I129 or I130 for spouse in its timeline.

I went to check my status on USCIS website and then went to look at the processing times for CSC. The table that lists the date of processing doesn't have I129F and I130 for spouse listed in it. It says the table got updated on June 15. Any body know anything about this, is this a good sign because before when they used to list they had their processing date at December 12. Check it out for yourself.

Hmm.. Thats strange. Sudden jump from Dec 2006 to March 2007 for case processing.. I hope this is correct but I see many people in VJ having their I130 NOA1's in Feb yet to be approved.

Do they provide any official News release for the restructuring ? like when they did for CSC and VSC.

I m sure you probably observed this too.. but just wanted to share this with all of you...

U know whats interesting... CSC shows I-129F for K1/K2 but not for K3 ... I cant seem to recall if thats always been the case in CSC's processing date reporting???? Any ideas? but ofcourse the CSC page did get update since now its listing all the I-130 categories.. unlike before..

Whats even more interesting is: the NBC/MSC doesn't list I-129F(K3) either..

A couple of days ago... NSC(if not NSC then some other XSC) had listed March 15, 2007 as a current processing date for I-129F(K3) I believe, which I think is gone in this last(June 18th) update... So I dont think Spousal I-129F(K3s) are listed anywhere... Anybody find otherwise.. please let us know...

So bottom line, as people say, who knows whats goin on at USCIS.... and these dates are never correct/latest anyways... so its best to ignore them - at times... :)

Regards.

I don't think CSC ever listed I-129F K3. You had to look at NBC for K3 date. You're right, no K3 processing date to be found anywhere.

I called USCIS to ask about the I-130 dates jumping back and forth from December 2006 to March 2007, back to December 2006. They said they're updating their computers and, I quote, "even [they] don't know what's really going on."

As for K-3, usually the National Benefits Center takes care of this and you could track it with their processing times, but ever since all the K-3's got transferred to either CSC or VSC, they never updated the appropriate service centers with this detail. Apparently updating their computer wiped this one out as well.

They said they hope to have all the bugs fixed soon, and all the dates correctly posted back up.

So there we have it, the usual runarounds.
